New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. Appraisal are really bad. Not much opportunities to get promoted as they ask for experience even in IJP promotions and does bot give chance to someone who wants to learn. Also it is 3 Days a week work from office but there should be option for people living out of station to work for 12 days in 1 go nd then work from home so that they can manage family and work together.

Toxic culture & Favoritism. Making 3days Hybrid model and forcing employees to quit if they don't come to office 3 days a week. HRBP tells it is policy and set up call with employees by targeting individually and fix a date and tell to resign. She was very arrogant & care free attitude said this is instruction from HR head & just inverge to make me resign. This is not just my case she has contacted same week another collague of mine & done the same. Total planned attrition phase wise which is done by showing some false allegations on employees just for internal records to cover up attrition. Leadership team needs to protect employees.
