Only thing which anyone can like here is no work load as such where you will say that I have got some work to do.

You will not be able to work on projects where you will learn a lot of technical stuff, most of those work will be given to US and Canada teams and here you will mostly work on tickets which will not give you a lot of experience in that particular technology.
