No job security, they come with some work models and anytime people can be laid off. HR is just dummy to all these. There are many at EM level who doesn't even deserve to be project leads. They are from service company and shows that traits.

Very poor management and leadership. There is no proper roadmap for the program which they are bringing for employees. Its said that BA and testing profile is becoming redundant and people have to either leave or take up development task. So employees in certain times they feel like very much insecured at their job. Management will keep some program for making employee themself to leave the job wherein they ll bring talented candidate to feel not confident . This is very toxic to go through as employee on everyday have to scare what will happen next for their career to get sustained. Higher management is not ready to take stand on this. With this culture how a person will contribute their best for their work. Advise for management is learn to have proper roadmap and implement. Keeping multiple meetings and outcome is nothing. Who can survive in this company is say yes and keep behind higher managers for everything can survive here…....Read More

Worst company ever.lot of organization restructure.they are firing all the QA.for name sake they are conducting some test, although which is difficult to pass and move to dev position.
