Good Work life balance. Salary is competitive and 30% annual bonus on CTC which is usually 55-60% of 30%. 21 yearly annual leaves.

“No job security” i will be straight honest with you. 1) Every Post appraisal cycle (which usually July-June)CBA goes through yearly restructuring. And be ready to to get laid off if your dotted reporting line is in Australia. 2) difficult to get promoted even if you have exceeded expectation rating in you PMP. 3)Data maturity is nowhere in the DNA of CBA. 4)CBA india works like a vendor of CBA Australia which is quite evident....Read More
