No respect, Personal target if pointed out the mistake, spread rumours about the person they don’t like, politics at its height, Even from EM level they come to down to make your work life hell, they don’t give work even asked but during 1x1 they point out employee is not UPTO the mark or not doing any work.. SIMPLY WASTE if you expect respect

In my past 10 year of experience, this organisation is worst specially senior management, don’t ever think to join this organisation in ur bad dream. CDO support senior manger is worst, she makes everyone life hell, it’s a harmful environment to work under her management.
