1. Salary hike is better than others in the same domain. 2. They invest a lot in providing learning materials so that's a big plus. 3. Communication from upper management is pretty good. 4. Offices are very good.

1. Management is really bad, there is regional preference. 2. Management is mostly very toxic. 3. Middle tier management is really bad.

As a company wise cognizant is great. If you are not getting good team/project then whatever you are efforts will come under blame only. Management will get the feedback from only one person who is close to them.
