Poor Salary structure, outsiders gets good salary but if someone stay for longer, their salary moves very slow, it's like punishment to the long timers.

Likes

Layoffs is the only mantra which CTS is following. In COVID time they are asking to get billable in 15 to 39 days else they are laying-off with out giving proper package. CEO change is the worst thing happened to this company. This organization has lost it fathe in public.

Dislikes

Layoff to senior resoruces. No increments from past 4 years. Huge pressure on the managers w.r.t margins, revenue targets and delivery. Trainings provided are useless into really grow a resource technically as they are very basic. No value or appreciation for the work done. You are useful if you are billable else ur are useless the time your are non billable and they don't give time to get billing and company is forcing not to take senior resources and finally laying off them. Company is in pathetic state....Read More
