The management is quite supportive and they give you sufficient time to take tasks independently....There is no training given in the beginning, it is only on-the-job training which is ideally the best form of development...There are ample career opportunities across verticals and Business Units

I would rate 4.9 on 5...The only thing which I disliked is that there is lesser integration of HR systems such as Recruitment, Talent Management etc....Hence there is a need to double coordinate with the relevant stakeholders
