Appraisal wise company is good.Work culture is not good.Poor management.

Only 35 working days as Bench period creates unsecure and most of cases they do layoff. Almost it take 2 week to get project call .After that they will force you to move from primary location to other location.If you decline what they proposed,you will be red zone. So be open to work if you are working in CTS.
