Nothing more to project on Pros. Appraisal depends on how you maintain rapo with your manager and not on performance.Overall Average. Best place to settle down without doing any work and criticise others.

Dislikes

Appraisal are no longer based on performance but based on rapo with managers. Hikes and promotions can be seen rarely but if you know how to make manager happy then u can see these things happen regularly. Even when you reach out to HR they won't do anything they are just dummy people who don't listen or do anything for associates.
