As a target oriented profile; employees have to meet up their target by end of shift every single day. No deviation is acceptable in this.

Because this is a MNC and there have lot of work opportunity a comfortable atmosphere and get more work facility. So that's the reasons I like it.

Dislikes

There are working system is rotational shift 24×7, get no Indian holidays,lot's of cab issue etc. So that's the reasons I disliked.
