Likes

There is a very good support system in place to skill up interested people on the latest technologies. Very good opportunities to learn and develop. Good work culture and management is transparent to the extent that is possible.

Dislikes

Salary is at decent and career growth is a little low paced. With the policy of role maturity, the promotion cycle is very long. So one might get stuck in a lower role if they join in the same role.
