Likes

Learning and development effort taken by company for resource development is good. I joined in 2022 and I could see many people on bench for past 6 months and company was not having any problem with that. But in some other domains people were asked to leave after 3 months as well. However I have mixed feelings. Job security is there and it is not there as well.

Skill development - Excellent

Dislikes

Work life balance is absent. Developers and tester have no life. Client is god and managers don't know how to handle clients.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Novartis Job Offer

Hi everyone, I have 3.6 years of IT experience and currently work at a service-based company in Pune. My current CTC is 14 LPA (13.5 LPA fixed). I recently received an offer from Novartis Hyderabad as Data Analyst level 3 with a CTC of 19.9 LPA (18.3 LPA fixed). Is this a good offer, or is it on the lower side for my experience? Would appreciate your suggestions! Any answers from people working at Novartis pls ?
