Overall experience for me in cognizant is pretty much good. I got opportunities to upgrade my skills and also proper opportunity to work in a billable position with responsibilities.

Recent they changed so mane times the promotion cycle and all the regulations were not clear to the employees.

As I joined as fresher for the first few months I was not assigned to any work but after that the job role is good. Throughout i am in development.
