Novartis Job Offer

Hi everyone, I have 3.6 years of IT experience and currently work at a service-based company in Pune. My current CTC is 14 LPA (13.5 LPA fixed). I recently received an offer from Novartis Hyderabad as Data Analyst level 3 with a CTC of 19.9 LPA (18.3 LPA fixed). Is this a good offer, or is it on the lower side for my experience? It all depends on the project you work. I have mixed feedback here. I worked on full development project and also on the production support project. Overall it was a nice experience.

Learning opportunity is less compared to mid size company. Here there is lot of process if you want to learn new technology. You need to move to different BU where they use latest cutting edge technology.

Company provides allowance for WFH only if your in a project . WFH extended till December. Work culture is ok management same as other companies but visibility is high

Covid 19 and cyber attack made the situation worst lot of layoff in many teams bench period reduced and forced to resign
