Offers no benefits for free. Everything is paid here including Cab, food, Life insurance, medical insurance which most of the companies offer free of cost. No Appraisals or very low appraisal (2%). In market, they are showing that they are cruising in terms of growth but the harsh reality is that they are cutting off the employee benefits and appraisals and showing their increased revenue out of it. They have imposed charges on their in-campus facilities like food, cab, etc. Even the night allowance have been halved recently to increase their profits. Not recommended now....Read More
