Niit has great infrastructure but don't have Job security . They ask to leave if a project ramp down they will not provide any compensation they only give you two month notice period and in this notice period you have to work also. Job security is not exist in Niit Technologies Ltd. They don't have good and strong HR policies.

Senior management culture is very poor. They are busy with their promotions and own business. If required they will push all blame to junior to play safe side game. You will get good words but not increment. Never you will get opportunity. Just for eyewash they will give you unproductive trainings but you will never get any opportunity. There are too much internal senior level politics. Also they will not appreciate you for your good work . I am part of ANZ and ASEAN geography. It's toxic , political, with incapable leaders Coforge in general is sales and number driven organisation with no focus on employees, their skills or their well being. They pay well as long as their margins are made. Mostly people continue to work with Coforge for high salaries and compromise with loss of dignity. But cant complaint people have got to serve food on the table I wish the organisations survive and thrive only if they are employee focussed.
