There are lot of things to be written . Be very careful while joining Coforge . Management just does not care about employee’s well being or their personal problems , they just care about the work . They will make you work on weekends , holidays in addition to 13-14 hours of work everyday . No clear picture of comp off or extra payfor weekend or holiday work . Employees are treated as machines who have to meet unrealistic timelines agreed by management to client. Client is treated as god and they can say whatever they want to the employees or even abuse and managament just doesnt do or say anything . Even if you have genuine family problems you will be put on performance improvement plan. Even if you manage to deliver work on time , then senior architects will come and find issues in your code when you are struggling to meet the deadlines . Everyone has their own agenda and just tries to irritate you. This the worst organization i have ever worked with . If you want no work life balance and want to be treated with utmost disrespect from client and from management , then only join this company ....Read More
