Senior management culture is very poor. They are busy with their promotions and own business. If required they will push all blame to junior to play safe side game. You will get good words but not increment. Never you will get opportunity. Just for eyewash they will give you unproductive trainings but you will never get any opportunity. 1. Knowledge - The most senior staff lack subject knowledge. They don't know simple concepts and they don't want to learn. If I try to answer their questions in an organized way, then they don't understand and when I try to elaborate in a simple language, their ego hurts. No Job Security. Micro management by managers is rampant. One has to keep the managers in good humor or else will be sacked on some weird pretext. Once moved to bench would be given three attempts to find a project or one month which ever is earliest then sacked if not able to find a project. Movement to bench is a ruse to fire a resource. Salary hike is equally pathetic.

Don't join if you have not done client round with coforge, or else they will spoil your career , and when you are in bench(Resource Pool) no one will care, you have to initiate with higher management for project opportunities but its hard to get reply from them. They don't have much client apart from sabre. Keep this offer has a last option , No proper pantry in Bhartiya city location.
