managers are very toxic ,not giving work on regular basis here there is no career growth in this company, toxic work culture,no appraisal or benefits and putting too much pressure always sitting idle no work on regular basis its like they give work rarely and then gap for couple of months then putting pressure not recommended

There were problems with my team is that they do micro management on us they make rules for me because I am fresher and those rules are applicable on other teams fresher . There were rules to come office only 5 days a week in month but my manger calls me around 14 days a month stating you are fresher

I dont like anything about this company earlier they used to give some perks like, complementary day off with 3k on birthday or anniversary, free cab service, 5k for travel etc but now they are not giving anything.
The list is endless 1. Micromanagement- If you have any issues with your salary or work that you are doing you have to go through several phases like hr , manager, delivery manager etc 2. No perks 3. This time increment was pathetic along with VC. If you are fresher in any field *BEWARE* dont come here even if you didnt get any placement try somewhere else. They will not give you any promotion they will just give you training and involve you in support role project where your learning will be 0 because they want mules not employees. After that at the time of promotion or salary increment they will give you just peanuts. Everything. For freshers they have a bond of 2.6 years and in this period of time, they exploit them and there careers by every possible way. There is no growth at all. Even they force there employees for good review ar GPW.

Company culture is pathetic. They are still following Junior senior culture. Senior person got offended when junior not call them Sir. No one is bothered to reply you. Even HR dept is worst I can say. Some projects have good culture but most of the projects are having this nad culture. Toyota is one of their project which is like hell. Work life balance depends on the project you get, for me is was good. Coligues were supportive and helpful, again depends on your team. Initial pay(when you join) will be good compared to other services based companies.
There are too many things, I'll just point out few. Organization just cares about your billing to client and doesn't even care if you exist or not. No hikes after you join, only band 1 (excellent performer) resources would get it that to not too much it would be 3 to 4 percent. You never get a reply on your queries from higher management. Only mail you will get from then is when you doing fill time sheet as it's directly effects it's billing. Projects are too volatile any time project may get shut due to client funding issue. Upper management is spineless in front of client and aggressive with their employees. They take 8 hours billing from client and give them free hand to assign resources for 24 hours Prodution support shifts way too often to disrupt your work life balance. Last year with the top rating, I was given a meager 3K hike on my monthly salary i.e. less than 0.5%. During yearly promotion cycle, they forget all the work and client appreciations and keep talking about normalization. Their office infrastructure is also getting very poor. When I joined in Gurgaon couple of years back, they had a twin tower office complex, recently they shifted to taking just 3 floors in a co-working space building which lacks the basic amenities an IT firm should have.
