Not reliable, can fire anytime, no bench system for seniors 6 band onwards, if no work just leave. Even for other employees no proper bench pool etc so person can find next opporutnity anywhere in the Coforge, you have to rely on your local HR. Don't Join ..

1.Got multiple challenging opportunities to excel in Project management area . 2.Got good stakeholder experience while executing pega projects with critical clients 3.Got good exposure towards team management , conflict management and their performance management too.

1.There should be reasonable increments after all waiting for entire year post ACE evaluation. 2.More act ive HR initiations /HR processes are required along with supporting on employee salary concerns which is average now. 3.we should get more onsite opportunities for PM and above roles which is having less scope here

if you are in team that is having good supervisor or TL , it is best, otherwise there are may people who don't know how to manage a team just putting a lot of pressure on dev , even they told you to work if there is a death or your father is hospitalized and finish it very poor management and if you are good in buttering or licking then you can get hike and promotion otherwise you need to be old enough (staying in the company for many years )in the organization to get that ....Read More

They will hire you for ggn location then will force to shift greater noida office. As only testing and BPO projects are in ggn. >HR are not helpful. When people hired at lowers salaries back in 2020 talk to HR about their salaries being lower than the juniors hired this year so the salary correction should be done. HR says go find a new job in the market we don't offer salary correction. Thats the kind of HR we have.

No skill growth , so much politics between higher ups , so much discrepancy between increments. For eg - If you and your colleague have same salary and you both get same grade in increment cycle then you might get increment of 5K and your colleague might get increment of 2 Lac ( and yes you read it rite , it happened in this increment cycle ).
