Coforge Aflac Process is very very bad Process . There managers are zero percent supportive. Process internal management totally worst. Wastage of time to go this company and this company charges a recovery amount to the employee without any reason. - No intimation mail or pre notice about shift stretching by 2 hours. - Lots of stress due to no positive working environment. - No training was Provided about process knowledge. Instead of that I always met my daily production target and to cause extra pile, TL & Manager pressured me for over production. - Colleagues in cabs were smokers and the cab used to wait till they end smoking, which caused a half to an hour daily delay for me. - Management ignored my concern. Even on the US holiday as well as Indian and weekend, there was no off for us and I was over pressured to do production though they knew that I was in the early stage of production with no support on those days. - If you take a leave in emergency or a US holiday manager provide a Warning letter Directly. - No job security, No women safety....Read More

I had a terrible experience working here no salary growth Team leader is very rude not supportive at all . And the amount of salary and increment is way more less. This company has destroyed my career.
