Everything right from onboarding to exit . Such a blady useless management and have no idea and budgets . When hired don’t have next steps what to do .. full of politics and blame game . Based on some Feedback they stick to it .. as if they are very Mr. Prefect . Full of micromanaging

Office is good but location is very outside of city. They provide cab service, food quality is good, gym, swimming pool, playing area, cradle facility is there.

Cost cutting is extending it's threshold. 2 years back this company had good values but now they are changing every policy. They can change their policy whenever they want. Even company is in profit, they never released any variable , and even changed its policy after the financial year is over. if you are in client specially in Gail India Limited there is no work culture, no tech benifit, career growth and no salary increment. And the client talking behaviour is not good. Even cofoege Manager is not supported to our team whenever you required Manager never stand for you.

Appraisals is really bad here. Even after getting highest performance band which coforge can offer, increment was only less than 8% last year, now this also it was communicated that increment will be less than last year and will be effective from 1st July which was supposed to be 1st April. No variable payout this year. Benefits like Special Dating Allowance, Take a Break etc got decommissioned after 1st January 2024 in name of cost cutting. Variable component is now based on performance band. They are offering band 4 position with every new joinee with 7 year of experience but the one who is working for almost 3 years and continuously performing exceptionally well still on band 3 position. No work life balance. Too much micro management 2 days client office mandatorily and 1 day coforge office mandatory. No time for upskilling. Too much pressure from client and no time assigned for meetings like planning grooming and analysis. Due to this have to work on weekends as well most of the time.

Paid Cab which was earlier paid by company only. Company is located is far remote area and suddwn policy change to pay for cab. Even you take cab foe a day in month you have to pay for full month. VC A+ rated people get 30-35% of VC payment. No take break policy, no Bday Anniversary benifit. All withdrawn by company. Many more

When people hired at lowers salaries back in 2020 talk to HR about their salaries being lower than the juniors hired this year so the salary correction should be done. HR says go find a new job in the market we don't offer salary correction. Thats the kind of HR we have.
