Senior management culture is very poor. They are busy with their promotions and own business. If required they will push all blame to junior to play safe side game. You will get good words but not increment. Never you will get opportunity. Just for eyewash they will give you unproductive trainings but you will never get any opportunity. I joined as fresher worked around 2 years everything seems fine appraisal were good around 18% every year for fresher till 2 year , office culture

Dislikes

There were problems with my team is that they do micro management on us they make rules for me because I am fresher and those rules are applicable on other teams fresher . There were rules to come office only 5 days a week in month but my manger calls me around 14 days a month stating you are fresher

I am part of ANZ and ASEAN geography. It's toxic , political, with incapable leaders Coforge in general is sales and number driven organisation with no focus on employees, their skills or their well being. They pay well as long as their margins are made. Mostly people continue to work with Coforge for high salaries and compromise with loss of dignity. But cant complaint people have got to serve food on the table I wish the organisations survive and thrive only if they are employee focussed. Being customer focused is q crap, because one cnnot be employee focussed has the empathy vein missing. Anyways the leaders here are thinking short term, work on higher roles and higher salaries and exit after 2 years. All good leaders here leave.
