Senior management culture is very poor. They are busy with their promotions and own business. If required they will push all blame to junior to play safe side game. You will get good words but not increment. Never you will get opportunity. Just for eyewash they will give you unproductive trainings but you will never get any opportunity. There are too much internal senior level politics. Also they will not appreciate you for your good work . No Job Security. Micro management by managers is rampant. One has to keep the managers in good humor or else will be sacked on some weird pretext. Once moved to bench would be given three attempts to find a project or one month which ever is earliest then sacked if not able to find a project. Movement to bench is a ruse to fire a resource. Salary hike is equally pathetic.
