managers are very toxic ,not giving work on regular basis here there is no career growth in this company, toxic work culture,no appraisal or benefits and putting too much pressure always sitting idle no work on regular basis its like they give work rarely and then gap for couple of months then putting pressure not recommended

if you are in team that is having good supervisor or TL , it is best, otherwise there are may people who don't know how to manage a team just putting a lot of pressure on dev , even they told you to work if there is a death or your father is hospitalized and finish it very poor management and if you are good in buttering or licking then you can get hike and promotion otherwise you need to be old enough (staying in the company for many years )in the organization to get that ....Read More

Tight deadlines, high expectations,expect employees to work long hours. Managers tend to micromanage, which makes it hard to take initiative or feel trusted in my role. Management sets deadlines that are unrealistic and doesn’t account for the complexity of projects, which leads to unnecessary stress. Promotions seem to go to certain ‘favorites’ rather than based on merit or performance, which feels unfair and demotivating. There’s no performance-based pay raise system, so even top performers don’t see much financial reward for their efforts. There is nothing great about this company. It's ruled by families no matter how much hardwork you put in good rating and appraisal is given only to family members of the management. They just use and throw you, give you just days of notice to leave. They don't have much projects in hand but hire resources and fire them don't know the logic behind it. Work life balance depends on the project you get, for me is was good. Coligues were supportive and helpful, again depends on your team. Initial pay(when you join) will be good compared to other services based companies.

There are too many things, I'll just point out few. Organization just cares about your billing to client and doesn't even care if you exist or not. No hikes after you join, only band 1 (excellent performer) resources would get it that to not too much it would be 3 to 4 percent. You never get a reply on your queries from higher management. Only mail you will get from then is when you doing fill time sheet as it's directly effects it's billing. Projects are too volatile any time project may get shut due to client funding issue. Job security is also not that much as you will be asked to resign if you are on bench for long time. Overall I don't recommend this company keep it as your last option....Read More

HR's are worst fellows, weekend works, no perks, basic pay of salaries are very less, reductions in variable pay, lot of politics. The events which are conducted will be in a worst way, they wont even provide atleast good food at that times.

Dry promotion is the trend here the would give an opportunity under the pretext of internal recruitment and refuse to give it in written or a salary increase and if you would ask for it they would say management is not ready for it you should look somewhere else of course off records

No work life balance. Too much micro management 2 days client office mandatorily and 1 day coforge office mandatory. No time for upskilling. Too much pressure from client and no time assigned for meetings like planning grooming and analysis. Due to this have to work on weekends as well most of the time.

Paid Cab which was earlier paid by company only. Company is located is far remote area and suddwn policy change to pay for cab. Even you take cab foe a day in month you have to pay for full month. VC A+ rated people get 30-35% of VC payment. No take break policy, no Bday Anniversary benifit. All withdrawn by company. Many more
