1. Company will give you opportunity to update your skills. 2. They give the proper respect for your work. 3. You will get new projects based on your skills. 4. Very helpful in medical emergencies.

Dislikes

1. The leave policy needs to be approved, day by day the number of leaves has deceased. 2. Should not change the WFH policy. 3. It’s been frustrating the HRBP members don’t respond to the messages,sometimes you have to wait days. For every small thing need to create request. 4. If system needs to be changed have to wait long, even to exchange small things.

Most of the time, they work in Unifi (their own CMS). As per management rules, at least two new courses should be completed by everyone every year, but they can't take up any projects on new technology. The worst part is the HRBP team. There are few things that they need to improve. -> Should not change the WFH/Leave/System/Holiday and other policy frequently. -> HRBP members should provide proper response to their employee's queries.

Don't have standardized project management process for all teams. Project documentation process have scope for improvement. Night support for PM/ TL. It will be an issue if most of the days in a week are wfo or permanent wfo
