Job security - Good

Dislikes

No increment in five years. No promotions in 5 years. They just hire every employee in Retainer post. The same employee just received take home salary no pf and others benefits. The Company just ruined every employee's life. Request to all off the job seekers don't join CMS IT services.

I was worked in Cognizant as a contractor. CMS Have connections in very big MNC and Government Sector Too.

1.Need to work almost 10 Hrs sometimes 11 Hrs 2. Saturday also working day 3. No proper Communication between HR 4.From Accounts team for me they didn't mentioned i was relieved from CMS, so i have some trouble to withdraw my money. 5. They can reduce salary anytime without noticing us
