I worked at CMS IT Services for a year and, unfortunately, my overall experience with the company was extremely disappointing. Recently, I was abruptly terminated from my position without any valid reason or explanation. This left me feeling unjustly treated and without a clear understanding of the circumstances surrounding my dismissal. What added to my frustration was the handling of my settlement. CMS IT Services not only failed to process it promptly but also stalled the entire settlement process, leaving me in a state of financial uncertainty. The lack of transparency and communication regarding this matter only exacerbated my feelings of distress during an already difficult time. Additionally, despite multiple attempts to inquire about the reasons behind my termination and the status of my settlement, the company has been unresponsive and uncooperative. Such behavior only reflects poorly on CMS IT Services' commitment to their employees' well-being and rights. Moreover, my experience letter, which is essential for future employment opportunities, has been pending for an unreasonable amount of time. This further demonstrates the company's disregard for its former employees and their professional growth.
