Carrier growth. And get helping hand from Founder, CEO and all board members when ever i face issue in any situation. And also most the main thing as a sales person. A lucarative incentive as well as on every month first day I get my salary from when i joined . And also looking at my performance, They promoted me from BDA to BDM within a 7 month.
