Classic Design is a good company to learn for beginners. There are some well experienced people with strong technical knowledge to work with/support. Once you get settled there, work life balance will be good.

Since it's not a very big concern, scope of development might be less after 3-4 years at Classic Design. Work timings might need to be extended based on your position. Salary might be s little less compared to market. Appraisal percentage depends on the team you join.

Basically in this company put agreement for employees and don’t give relive order to the employees Very worst company .working hours is more than 12 hours , no increments in company. More parciality from managers and HR ( HR is very worst)
