It's flexible culture, I would love to join civica again, if you will get opportunity from Civica, never denied it

Dislikes

Lack of appreciation is drawback but I think it's not about company, it's purely based on team & project

Work Details

Work policy: If your team are in office, you should be there, otherwise it's wfh

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
