Micro management in some projects. Long bench periods. High mental stress due to job security. Job security always on risk. Be prepared with your skills every day and have a back up plan

You will get good projects to learn trend tools as azure,aws gcp cloud platform as well as generative AI sessions. Work life balance is good. They are giving both WFH/WFO. Food quality is good.
As of now my whole career I don't want to think negative. But there is timesheet need to maintain on twice in month month as per deployed project.

1. Work pressure 2. weekend working. 3.bad appraisal. 1-2% appraisal to the employees who are working hard which is insulting more than appraisal. 4. New CEO Kajan Kohli joim the company and his team, company started degrading not only in terms of revenue (every other company facing same) but in terms of ethics, work culture as well. 5. Citiustech shows their growth on whatsapp, emails but when it comes in appraisal they are in loss. 6. QA/tester mostly should not join here because if you got selected, you have to report and answer everyone. Like team lead, scrum master, client OA client lead, and other client/higher people who just shows off their presence. 7. this is for some projects, there are lots of people who just shows their presence by just adding s**t processes to the sprint and keep following in mails, calls, while devs and QAS have to complete development truting and these s***t processes within same sprint. if you are not capable to complete these you have to work on weekend. 8. I have confirmed with my colleague, ame of their client said if you are on track and doing everything well, you should not enjoy weekend, you have to pick a story and work on weekend....Read More

No pros at all, You will be in intense pressure all the time and when appraisal comes the you will be given 1% or 2% hike
1. Very high work pressure 2. Very legacy code and framework 3. All good work is distributed to client's developer 4.Micro management 5. HR and Managers at citiustech are of no use, They can't even put your points to clients or HR whenever required. They are of literally no use 6. You need to do unnecessary trainings in every 2 to 3 months 7. Very bad and legacy work culture along with legacy process oriented culture since new CEO Kohli has joined 8. Company canteen and environment is good and really appreciated
If u are going to join GE project then ur life will become hell bcz u will be bound to follow two sides training like CT as well as GE which is reallly frustrating and don’t worry if u join as a developer congrats u will be working as a QSE, Designer and every possible role which is there🤣. The flexibility and all are very good. Wfh and wfo options are feasible enough to manage the work culture.
They will do mass hiring and recruit number of people and lay off them double in number. After joining you should give 2 or 3 rounds of interview again(Internal evaluation-1, Client interview-2). For every project they will ask the skills which are out of your skill set. Client and the management thinks like one person should be more enough to handle the skills which are present among 3 people. Another important point one should remember before joining here ----After joining within 90 days you should be able to move in to any of the project and become billable or else on the 95th day they will force you to resign. If you are asking everything out of skill set means how one can become billable??? Depending on this, I don't like the hiring process here. Before hiring one should tell the remaining process so they can think whether to join or search for different company. I could see more number of my friends are terminated in such a way. To the management - Don't play with someone's carrier. Job is more important to everyone.
