Company is good in terms of culture and work life balance but it's horrible in terms of appraisal. In the name of loss and cost cutting it gives below 5% increment every year .

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
