It depends which team you're working with. Some of the teams have great work environment which is really good.

There's no such learning and too much micro management.

In 1st go they act like angel,later on they show their actual face.If you are nit extending beyond your working hours which have Nothing to do with you,you are irresponsible. You are not allowed for break,if you are hungry eat at your work station.If you go for a break you have no dedication.Biased people.
