Seniors provide a healthy environment. Specially the lead of Organization doing excellent to make this organization the best and he get some amount of success for the same too. but internal politics are making it worse.

It has a fulfilled HR position but doesn't knows what are the responsibility of an HR. You can be enforced to Note sheet task as typical government body however your profile suits you for development, overall if you wants to have some crazy culture which says we are an IT organization you can taste it. Compared to the other government department, there is some freedom with work, but comparison to the IT culture and company, there is nothing to appreciate.

Dislikes

All things done with notesheets, it has just name in IT, you will find nothing like an IT company, if you are passionate with your work don't even think to be part of this organization. One more thing you will find terrible HR here, they even don't know the duty of HR.
