It's a pathetic organization. Because, i felt partiality based on knowledge and region over there.

Dislikes

unprofessional behaviour by team mate. Discrimination between employee and manager. Lack of common sense in manager to understand basic need of employee. And more over disrespect and use of offensive words by teammates to other teammates in front of manager and female employee.
