There is no job security.. people management is very poor .. patiality , no career growth, it will be like data entry job. .. state wise partiality .. if you are a Tamil/ Malayalam then you can survive for years and can get leaves, salary increment... There is no cafeteria, don't have proper place to have lunch, no proper chairs

It's like data entry job.. copy the data from Excel oops sorry there is no Excel it is libre office.. need to copy the data from libre and paste the same in application.

Lot of pressure, didn't do increment during pandemic, I worked for 18-20 months without any increment, also no proper infrastructure, small building, park vehicle at your own risk

There is no support from management, no hike no bonus and more of deduction on current salary

There is lot of politics and management does care that. Management treats employes just as financial transaction no proper support nobody is even concerned about employees conditions or in what situation the employee is in at the end they just want their work to be done by hook or crook.
