There is no job security.. people management is very poor .. patiality , no career growth, it will be like data entry job. .. state wise partiality .. if you are a Tamil/ Malayalam then you can survive for years and can get leaves, salary increment... There is no cafeteria, don't have proper place to have lunch, no proper chairs

It's like data entry job.. copy the data from Excel oops sorry there is no Excel it is libre office.. need to copy the data from libre and paste the same in application.

Work from home Option is available with salary reduction..will get half of the salary which is mentioned in offer letter Note : work from home Option available only on emergency basis not for everyone.and there are terms and conditions.accepts only if relocating to any other place . It's a worst company I have ever seen. You can only see the partiality, there is no career growth or opportunity in this office. They dont give importance to the skills. Over all experience was worst.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
