Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. There is no job security.. people management is very poor .. patiality , no career growth, it will be like data entry job. .. state wise partiality .. if you are a Tamil/ Malayalam then you can survive for years and can get leaves, salary increment... There is no cafeteria, don't have proper place to have lunch, no proper chairs
