You will have heavy work so you will have good skill development. You will always work more than your working hours. There is no working hours so enjoy and work 12-15 hours a day.

Dislikes

Permanent work from office. There is lot of micro management. You need to provide every hours of work in your timesheet. If time sheet ia not approved by your managaer, you will not receive your salary.

Work culture is so poor. So much politics. No professionalism. Not a single policy is in favour of employees. Layoffs are most often while the conversion and appraisal cycle is due. Seniors abuse their down lines so badly.

Celebal gives its associates vast experience and learning opportunities. Someone who has spent a good couple of years in CT will be able to handle the work of its double experienced associate as well outside CT. The company offers flexibility to adapt to new innovative approaches and solutions.

I get to work on many new things. It is much more challenging but I learned to think creatively, work smartly, and learn and implement new things to accomplish such as challenging chores. Here we have a safe working environment for women. Company shows high regard for women employees.

Performance expectations are high, which is not easy to cope with but helps train a lot to be a professional. For certain roles, growth opportunities are present but not that much.

I can access the latest tools and resources to work at my best. I have learned from my seniors. The salary package is competitive. Lots of scope for learning and developing new skills. Multitasking skills are much required. Workload can be more sometimes, it's challenging to maintain a better work-life balance but to meet quality and expectations, it's required. Due to work emergencies, and uncertain demands, employees often need to work beyond standard hours to meet deadlines.

You will be given leadership opportunities if you perform well, no matter if you are new or experienced. The company supports individuals with potential and aims for success for both itself and its employees. I also got the chance to handle projects on my own within 6 months of joining.

I was fortunate to be involved in some important projects and gain hands-on training experience. Starting as an intern, I learned from scratch and worked my way up to a trainee position. It was challenging and required me to push beyond my comfort zone, but the growth I had made it all worthwhile

Learning many things here. Team people are all supportive and knowledgeable. Working among such professionals and skilled people makes my job easier. I don’t have to stress on task explanation in detail, they know the process and understand well.

Run time task can be challenging to handle and for some new joiners it can be a tough situation to adapt to.

They had full access to Azure stack and gave more or less flexibility to the people.

Dislikes

There's no proper team structure. Very immature team right below leadership. They've a bond lock in period, which obviously should state in itself their poor attrition rates. Work-life balance is not upto the mark as a lot of their projects are poc with unreasonable delivery dates.
