When I joined then the company culture was good.

Dislikes

They don't value there employees, applying different policies without even thinking about the consequences,later just remove the policies. Poor management,poor appraisals, no one provide clear answer from management.

Celebal is a Trap . Once you get appraisal they ask you to sign a 2 year bond and if you disagree to sign the bond they will ask you to leave the organisation next day and ask you to pay 3 months salary with appraisal amount. Sach a unprofessional behaviour.
