As I had joined this company as a fresher, I went throught lot of exposure to multiple technologies and lucky enough to have hands on them. I worked in an competitive environment which really boosted up my skills on personal level.

Dislikes

1) Internal affairs - As been a small firm, there are multiple conclits that you encounter day by day. Politics, favourism and etc are too common in this comany. 2) Management - Company is planning too much but fails to implement. This directly affects the employees like delay in full time conversion, increments, bonus, salaries andetc. 3) Promotions/Increment - Company does not care about your efforts on your teams and projects, they'll never reach out to your manager for feedback or either neglect that. People who would be getting better apprisals are those who have good connections(chattu). 4) Many More - There are tons of dislike that I have with this company but I think these are enough to justify....Read More

if you are workoholic and work-life balance doesn't matter at all to you then Celebal is the best place for you but it doesn't guarantee you better perks or higher salary

Everyone is running after cost saving from department heads to managers to CEO all of them use cheap tactics to save money force you to work long hours will try their best to get their work done by hiring as many intern as possible & then will not make those interns FT employee. & yes this cheap tactics is started and entertained by CEO & president.
