There is not a single benefit working in this company.

Everything - whether it is management, location, culture, worl-life. Nothing is good. You should not consider this company even when you are jobless. The management keep yelling like they are running fish market. Keep yelling that you are engineer you are not labour, you should work till the work is completed. But in the end theywill pay you even less than some labours. You can consider selling pani-puri before joining this company that would be much better option. There is nothing good work going in company. Most Leads are dumb, they don't even have idea of the work itself. The salary is minimum possible in the market. They will make you Work even on Saturday, Sunday and there are less than 7 holidays in a year( holi diwali all included) you can imagine the toxicity level. Still they will force you to work on holiday in those 7 alloted holidays in the name of workload. So you will become machine who will work 24/7 for them, not appreciated, not rewarded, less paid.
