As CASA BDE, we need to take 10 savings accounts and 2 current accounts. All these accounts should be 10k accounts. This means they need to keep 10k every day else there is a penalty of 300 Rs to the customer. Not only this account, but we also need to take gold loans (interest is so high 9.5 % for customers under 10 Lakhs + 1 % appraisal charges) + Life insurance (we can say savings plan, investment plans to confuse customers) Every week 3 or more big days, means manager will eat your head for cross selling. No support from anyone. All accounts that come to branch will take by CRO and BOM . If CRO is a female and manager is a male person . End of story . Don’t expect any accounts.
