Manegement is very bad behaviour against employee. Mr Mahesh mahta behaviour is also very bad. They are before joined by Mahesh mahta sir sales employees is CSB bank Ltd in 900+ but after 4-5 months total sales employees 600. Productivity also down. BDE, LSM, and sr manager also downgrade without any reason. Tell me why?

Dislikes

System is very slow and Mr Mahesh mahta behaviour is not good. If someone come to CSB bank Ltd to make his career then they download him within 2 months. They have downloaded the liability sales manager. Pls explain 🙏🙏🙏
