Most horrible experience with organisations, as if I earned my bread and butter from the org. ,still you are spoiling your energy ,time and career here.. No digitalisation No Verticals No separate department effectiveness No promotion path No Grade system No learning program No Marketing support This bank runs on 2 type of soldiers .. 1 )IBA 2) CTC.. IBA secured at job (except transferring any where) and hardly 10% people are ambitious and career oriented. CTC- no one care about them, just use as slave,no support system, as org. Feels they are most useless people that they Joined IBA equipped bank.. So I suggest you guys ,choose NBFC over this bank......Read More
