Managers are toxic which spoils the whole work culture. The lady HR manager is the worst of all. Maybe she is not happy in her personal life hence she cannot handle others life being good. She will pressurizes everyone so much to work and thinks the team is as her slave. Because of her behaviour people keep quitting. There are no old people left in the team except few who are her chamchas. This attitude is creating problems in the team as new associates keep joining and quitting. The top management is least bothered that they never enquired why so many people have left. She will cry if you ask for leaves as if you are asking for her personal property and will call you during your holidays and spoil your off. Forget leaves during probation period unless you end up in hospital. If she doesn't like someone she will make sure to target them to the extent where they quit and she will display as if it's our own mistakes. The lack of understanding business requirement or having accountability of a live product fails to avail necessary tool (analysis is expected from an observability tool) or resource (who are either distracted or keeps on quitting). Office politics in mismanagement with much arrogance and ignorance is prevalent whereas issues are delayed in vacations, parties, alcoholism and narcotism, added to gender bias.
