Team lead behavouir is horrible. Manager is not supportive. No appreciation. No salary benefits. No other benefits. Horrible Food. Toxic Teamlead. Toxic environment. Leads wont stand by your side. No matter how much you contribute towords the work, Team lead is blind to recognise. 0/10 rating.

I was the top performer in this company for 5 years....with top rating if 5.....still no promotion was given.....and they were continuously switching the teams to avoid promotion.....i wasted my career.

The most working satisfaction is shift allowance only iam an ex employee but now shift allowance is getting vanished other than that everything is good

I would say process changes every day there is new update on process which will create errors and supervisor will not understand this that we all are working humans not machine that's all And about promotion nothing

CGS do not promote people based on experience, they does only if have new position created and it rarely happens. Hikes are pretty less and learning is also very average.

Pretty much every thing apart from security and salary. But I cannot put this on entire company could be issue with my project. There is one issue, which is related to internal job postings. many have mentioned that people are already fixed before attending interview and interviews for different roles are kept just for formality.

No job security Office and team politics Managers also involved in manipulation and politics You will get bored after doing same work again n again after 4 months There is no career growth,no learning n up killing scope. Toxic working environment, working culture. Micro management. You have to justify every single minute in stand-up call and on jira stories. Lot of mental pressure by Team leads and By managers and if you complain,no body will hear or support you. Long sitting hours.lods of work burdens, There is no mental peace,only mental pressure.
