It's a product based company. But the higher level managers are mostly from the service based companies plus its a new management that the employees are not treated properly. You would get the same atmosphere as in any other service based company, plus a little worse considering that the team is also new. I recommend Legato for the Compensation benefits but wrt to work culture

Senior Management are from service based companies. And most of them dont maintain a good culture in office. They try to question on everything and most of the times, they use some rude language as well.
